Responsibility
Intuifish Ltd allocates responsibilities as follows:
- The Director is responsible for operational implementation of this policy. The Director provides oversight and holds ultimate accountability for any decisions or escalations.
- The Director is responsible for reviewing this policy annually, or sooner if required due to legislation or operational changes.
- All employees are responsible for:
- Understanding and complying with the requirements of this policy.
- Reporting any concerns relating to Ethical Trading or Modern Slavery, as defined in this policy.
These roles ensure supplier compliance, manage investigations, and review this policy annually.
Supplier Relationships
Intuifish Ltd works with a limited number of long-term suppliers to build trust and reduce ethical risk and shall:
- Review and monitor supplier working practices.
- Encourage suppliers to participate in recognised audit/certification schemes.
- Avoid pricing or lead-time pressures that could encourage harmful working conditions.
- Support open communication and problem-solving with suppliers
